Multichoice dstv blocke

Multichoice is busy blocking 🚫 me,I pay every month end and they said I suppose to pay on the 8th of every month.but when they check on the system I did fully paid them...their call takers have attitude. 1st they said Netflix took my money and they will reverse it,but now m surprised m blocked again,,,,since June I was blocked 3 times.look like m been ****med here.i did complained here and I was unblocked last week,now m blocked again.when I call they drop my calls 📞
