Multichoice/DSTV are *******

There is no other words besides the fact that Multichoice are ******* that ***** your money!!!!!! My DSTV was switched off, I paid it on Friday 11/11/2017. Got home only to find that the installation is now not working. We are moving house on the 1st of December which is 2 weeks away. I duly called into the call centre to request they suspend my services until I move, was told that they cannot do it and I need to go into a DSTV Branch and have my decoder tested and they will suspend my services there. Waited 40 minutes in the que, decoder was tested and found to be working. Was told they cannot suspend my services and I needed to call the call centre. Got home called the call centre and again was told they cannot do this. Asked to speak to Manager was told I would get a call back within and hour (that was Tuesday night) im still waiting for a call back. Call centre staff are telling me they cannot send a signal because there is a fault with the installation so clearly they know there is a problem. Why do they want to use my R520 I paid when they know I cant use their services. Why cant they suspend it for now and let me use the credit when I have moved in 2 weeks. Their service is always appaling and always unhelpful... Multichoice is the worst Company to have to deal with when it comes to customer service, they even worse then phoning a government organisation. Everyone is telliung me that at some stage or other they have suspended their service themselves for moving reasons etc, seems they just want to ***** my money.
