Multichoice – DSTV and their ***** agent!

I upgraded my explora in 2019 with the DSTV price lock. On the 29th November 2019 a DSTV agent (KENN) came to do the installation, upon his arrival we discovered he had a dish and I say in a complex and where residents are not allowed to install individual dishes. So KENN then said he would replace the dish with a chip. KENN promised to bring the chip tO my house the following day and guess what? I have been paying for the services that I cannot fully enjoy!
