Multichoice dstv a *****!!!!!!

Hallo my name is Tys ,i paid multichoice on month to month bases for their services, which means a prepaid service,later after 30-31 days they terminate the service because the payment is for/on month bases.To my suprise multichoice Dstv call me to say i owe them over R500 ,when i asked how they say, they as multichoice dstv left the services to contue for extra 5 days,hence i owe the that amout,I question them why did they do that ,they said they forgot to terminate and i was the one who suppose to remind them to terminate. Isaid to them that is not my responsibility as it is not theirs to reactivate after i payment for their services. I also asked them for a breakdown of that amount in 5 days,still they fail to explain .Now multichoice dstv has handed me over to RCM as their debt collectors.

In my case what can i do??
