Multichoice DSTV a big ripoff

I had a dispute last month with them which was resolved by Mamokhele Musi, it was about the reward in the form of compact plus for a month, I was told after a month it will just disappear and my subscription will revert to the normal unless I notify them otherwise, I was also sent a link to Disney plus which I thought was a trial so that I can decide whether I was interested in it. At the end of the month no changes took place instead I was now billed for this month with the same instead of asking if I want to continue or not. Last month because of the dispute I was offered R200 which I can use to subsidize my current package or continue with the new one. I called on Monday asking why I'm still on Compact plus and not the standard I know, the person at Multichoice told me they will apply for the discontinuation but I am still liable for the full month's subscription for both compact plus and Disney plus. To cut the matter short, I decided to email the person who helped me resolve last month's dispute by the name of Mamokhele Musi but till today she's yet to respond and the channels I don't want are still active.
