Multichoice - DSTV

I have made an overpayment to my DSTV account a month ago and is still battling to get my refund from them. The service is appalling and the call center is USELESS. Every time I called in a different agent answered with everyone had another version of responses. I will not recommend anybody to even consider taking out Subscription with DSTV
