MULTICHOICE DRAGGING FEET WITH ADMIN
I made a payment of R1398 to my account on the 24th of July 2015. However, this payment was wrongfully-allocated to another account and didn't reflect as a payment on my account. I have followed up with Multichoice on several occasions, each time speaking to a different consultant who has no idea what the last consultant discussed or has done. This has caused me endless problems, as each consultant promises that a journal would be done and the amount allocated accordingly. However, here we are more than a month and a half down the line and my subscription to DSTV gets disconnected and each time a R50 reconnection fee is charged. Due to their negligence and TOTAL incompetence, I have have been disconnected and charged those fees incorrectly. Further to this, I feel I need to be reimbursed for my time on the telephone (well over two hours and counting) as well as the frustration to breaking point I have had to endure as this query just keeps dragging on and on and on. My account should be in a credit of over R1000 and not show that I owe R547.57?? Can someone at Multichoice please wake up and do the journal. Proof of payment has been forwarded via e-mail on several occasions??
