Multichoice DPP plan
In December multichoice advertised on TV a DPP plan where you order an Explora and pay only r800 for 24 months. My husband smsed his details, a lady from the DPP department contacted him and said our explora will be delivered to us within 2 weeks. It's March and we STILL haven't received our explora. At the beginning of January they debited my husband r192. 95. The beginning of February r1536. 72 and the beginning of March r2942. 53. We phoned multichoice everytime this happened, I have phoned 4 times and every consultant says they'll get back to us. There's unfortunately no direct line to contact the DPP department only an email address. We are paying for an Explora which we never received and are getting debited huge amounts every month. Apparantly no one can help us??? They can only email DPP and hope someone contacts us. It's been 3 months and no one has helped us? So how are you supposed to 'cancel' your explora (which you never received but are paying for) when there's no one to talk too? It's disgusting that no one can help us and we are so tired of multichoice *****ing our money. Is there anyone who can maybe help us with this situation please?
