Multichoice Downgrade Restriction
Due to Covid-19 everyone is trying to cut costs.I called multi choice to downgrade my package and was told I can only downgrade on payment day.Thats reaping off people their money, its unfair that we can upgrade anytime but we cant downgrade as and when we want to.Government needs to intervene.

Downgrades the same as disconnections can only be done on the customer payment date. If you call in on a day that's not your payment date, our Contact Centre Team can only schedule a downgrade for your next payment date.
