Multichoice dont respond!

<p>Im am struggling to get my money from Dstv.they dont even call anymore when I leave a review on Hellopeter or they dont even respond to E-mails.when I left a review on Facebook there was a person that responded through Messenger.the person escalated tge matter to the Price lock team and DPP(dont know if their the same department) and still they dont reply or call.is it so difficult for them that they are *********** and that their employees made a mistake!it is now almost 2 weeks that they said they will phone me back.how difficult is it to sort out the problem.</p>
