Multichoice - dont go there! You will only become grumpier & grumpier!

I have never in my entire life had to deal with a situation like this with Mutichoice. They obviously 'cant add' or 'subtract and their system software is even worse because it doesnt know either. I hadnt paid my monthly account - my fault so on the 10th March I did an EFT. Today is the 15th and for the past 3 days i logged online to my dstv account and i could see the date and EFT received on that friday the 10th,AND it says you owe 'R0.00'. I have called mutichoice i dint know how many times and they say i owe R897 and they cant see/acknowledge the payment received on THEIR own system. I have simply had enough now and to be quite honest, its the biggest waste of money and the biggest load of **** they broadcast as what they deem to be a good service. I wont tell you what you should rather use and its less than a thrid of the cost and i still have ALL the sport channels and less **** to have to go through to even find something to watch. Im afraid your guys sell by date was 1999 - good bye!
