Multichoice dont care about customers !!!

I requested a statement on the 19th of February to see my current balance due - I received nothing.This morning I requested one again and this time after much complaining about the unacceptable service I'm receiving from MultiChoice the operator send me my statement while I'm holding the line. To my delight it came through (twice - or so I assumed when two emails came through) and I thank her with much appreciation and hang up.To my dismay but not surprised - the statement (both - it was not the same one that came through twice it was two statements) is a year out of date!!!! One is 01 August 2015 - 31 August 2015 and the other one is for 01 September 2015 - 30 September 2015 ..... not even the correct MONTH let alone the correct YEAR !!!! When I told the lady how unhappy I am with the service she told me \why don't you then cancel your DSTV if you are that unhappy\" - can you believe that !!!!<br> The arrogance is appalling. "
