Multichoice doing what they do best. *********** the public

Their Boxoffice service is a mess. You give them your mobile number and then you send a sms from that mobile to rent a movie. Their system drops my number on a regular basis. I then have to phone in to give them my number again. In the mean time all this costs money. Sending endless sms's and phoning over and over. All this costs money. Tonight I wanted to change my mobile number on their system that I can rent from. After about 5 phone calls I still havent had any joy. The number is on the system but I still cant rent off it. When I asked them to put me through to the customer satisfaction survey they cut me off.... Twice they did that. So what is the use of such a survey if the operator can decide that you're not going to do one. And dont think the sms you send comes off your contract sma balance. This is both CellC and Vodacom. Nope.... They want airtime. So on a contract I pay hundreds of rand for on both CellC and Vodacom. I first have to load airtime to send a sms. Multichoice and the mobile operators aren't interested in keeping customers happy. They only have one thing in mind. How they can milk your bank balance anyway they can. And the people working there are ***********. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. ITS NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE CLOSING THEIR DSTV ACCOUNTS AND GOING OVER TO WATCHING NETFLIX. ITS A R1000 A MONTH CHEAPER ANYWAY
