Multichoice does not care

Multichoice seem it necessary to suspend my account in December, claiming that they had not received payment in August. I have no record of August payment not be in honoured. Why pick up only in December. To cut service without checking with me as loyal customer demonstrates arrogance and lack of customer care. Disgusting
