MULTICHOICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS
#BLACK FRIDAY On Nov 19 I logged a complaint about service received from a call center agent, given a reference number but as yet my complaint has not been resolved. No one has contacted me as yet. Multichoice do not care about their customers, they only bother about their subs. I spoke to Allysa a team leader who took the complaint down and referred it to KZN call center but no has contacted me.

01 Dec 2019, 11:22Dstv never get back to customers. Last time I also complained and no one got back to me to discuss my complaint. Also this time no one contacted me to give the full story from my side for them to investigate. Multichoice do not care about customer service. If they were serious they would phone the customer and find out what is their problem and resolve it. But they just sweep it under the carpet.
