Multichoice disrespects/cheats the old citizens of SA

Bad experience on how they ****** a 76 year old woman my mother all she wanted was to downgrade her account but because it was not explained to her when to downgrade she is disconnected and forced to pay R800 although she has paid for her normal package.. .. They have now disconnected her account although she has paid for her normal viewing platform... I find this unreasonable from MultiChoice... It is degrading
