Multichoice Dishonest and Taking Money
I contacted Multichoice helpdesk yesterday, and did not have a very pleasant experience with the operator. I want to know WHO gave permission for an extra subscription (R929) + Access fees (R120) + Reconnection fees (R50) to be done on my account on 12 September 2024. I did NOT authorize this. And had a deduction of R3127 from my Banking account on 1 October 2024. I want this refunded to me. And I want this subscription cancelled a.s.a.p Multichoice cannot say who or how this happened, and they are not taking any responsibility for this.
