multichoice dishonest and steeling my money

i July i was debited R1460.00 for my multichoice account. i contacted them and they sais they cannot refund me, but they will not debit be the nect month. Well, in August i was again debited R960. This is even more than the subscription fee. What *******. I will cancel my account on monday.
