Multichoice De*****ing Unsuspecting Customers

The shady and ever elusive Decoder Payment Plan Department of Multichoice debited my account with R1 500 on the 20th of December instead of R899 as agreed on my contract with them. This department is said to not have a direct line and getting hold of them is near impossible. When I eventually got transferred to them after countless tries, they can't explain the debit high debit order effected on my account and their rude consultants put me on hold until the line breaks off. If I am fortunate enough, my call gets redirected to the DSTV customer care consultants that reek of incompetence.
