Multichoice deducts payments without delivering
I need to have my decoder at my holiday home switched on on Friday. We phoned in to have it connected, just to be told that I have to pay R39 beforehand. I am on a farm with no internetbank facility. They requested an ad hoc debit order which went off, plus charges, but they never switched on my services. Their call centres closed on Friday 17:00 because I phoned all the call centres country wide, and NONE answered their calls after 17:00. We tried again on Saturday but none of the options give chance to be put through to a consultant. All they say is that the service is active and that we have to pay R39. Which was paid, but NO SERVICE. We had to drive to N1-City in Cape Town to have the card disconnected as no phone option give that option to discontinue. Their customer service sucks. Nobody could help us, because none of them know what is going on. I want my money and my bank charges to be refunded!!!
