Multichoice deducted 2 premiums in July

Multichoice deducted 2 premiums in July.i did report that I saw that they were about to do double deduction I was assured that they will sort it out within 48 hours and they didn't.i don't know how long they have been taking double premiums in my account.im seriously considering opting out of Multichoice as a premium client
