Multichoice debits my account with excess amount and plays ignorance when asking a refund

<p>My wife and I decided to downgrade our DSTV package to the R29 per month option. We timeously informed DSTV of our choice my accessing our online account ant altering our choice accordingly.</p> <p>On the first of October 2016 DSTV subtracted an amount R678 from my wife's account. Worst of all DSTV plays ignorance of this debited amount although I submitted proof of this deduction to them.</p> <p>Multichoice, I demand that you repay this amount in full to my wife ASAP.</p>
