Multichoice day light *******

I was a premier subscriber with Dstv and in February 2019 I upgraded to pricelock package which was supposed to be R899.00 monthly for 24 months. I was called up to take up decoder insurance at which I accepted. My debit order has never been less than R1000.00 but I didn't pay much attention to it as I sometimes book movies on box office. My contract ended end February this year and it went on Prepaid I set down to calculate my costs and I cam to the realization of the fact that for the past 30 months or so I have atleast been paying 150 to 200 more for my subscription. I called the call center and I spoke to a very polite young lady called Mathapelo who brought it to my attention that I am not paying for any insurance n that my months fee was always over charged all this when I should be paying R899.00 she logged a call and gave me Reference number INC674120 she promised me a turn around time of 2 hours I called back I spoke to another lady called Vuyokazi she told she will also escalate the issue. I called in another 3 hours later I don't remember exactly who I spoke to she told me she is working from home & no superior to escalate the issue to or resolve. I demanded that whilst they try to get to the bottom of this issue they must reconnect my services as I refuse to pay the R1400.00 I apparently need to pay to reconnect my services. I get no feedback or assistance. Multichoice has become greedy and arrogant as they have no other broadcaster closesly competing with them.
