most *********** company on earth, they quick to take your money every month BUT when you require assistance totally ***********. you buy a new decoder with no guarantee, they replace with a second hand decoder within a 12 month period. the staff are not help full at all totally ***********. provide you with incorrect information or no assistance after spending hours with them on the phone. stay away from Multichoice to avoid frustration
