Multichoice

How pathetic!!! And then multichoice is wondering why they are losing so many customers!! Well I recorded the news on channel 144 tonight, and guess what? It was'nt recorded!! Because some highly qualified engineer at Multichoice fotgot how a clock works. When I went back to see what the actual recording time for this program was, it was set to 19h00 to 18h59!!! Well you don't need to be a helicopter pilot to figure out whats wrong here!!! How can you employ people of this capacity, and I need to pay their salary!!! Absolutely disguisting service!!! Shame on you Multuchoice!! I have to mention, this is the fourth time this has happened to me!!! You are pethic beyound means!!!
