Multichoice denies receiving payments and the close your subscription. And when you call in to resolve the issue you get agents like Bongani who will put you on hold for 10 minutes and not bother explaining what's happening on their side. Multichoice needs to remember it's not doing us a favor but its offering a service that we paying for. And I think their agents needs to be reminded of that.
