Multichoice

I have now on three occasions received an SMS stating:-"Disney+ Monthly Plan has been activayed on your account linked to your mobile number ********** " On first query I was told this was a free trial to which my reply was I`m not interested please remove, which was done. I again requested it`s removal . Guess what, it was reinstituted and again I insisted upon its removal. This was done however I was charged for the service I did not request . Who gives DSTV the right to :- A) Activate servises without permission, B) Use my personal information at will also without permission. I am sick and tired of dealing with Multichoice their arrogance is typical of that of a monopoly.

How do I put a stop to this unsolicited continuous advertising and promotion for services which are on the rapid decline. More adverts now than content a far cry from what MNet was in the early eighties. ****ed off.

I have got to say communication with DSTV leaves a lot to be desired. In fact non existant.
To each and everyone of my posts I was messaged a reply will be forthcoming shortly. It has been months and counting.
Recently on two occasions I received SMS`s notifying that Disney Plus has been activated on my account without consultation or with my permission. As soon as these were cancelled I received a message of reactivation, three times. This is *****. To add insult to injury I see now in my latest statement I was charged for this service. Who decides on this kind of activity ? In the same vain a while ago DSTV started charging an additional amount for a so called connection fee ( which was new), I enquired about this and to this day do not have a reply. Remember business' works on the principal of willing buyer and willing seller. I also notice that a significant amount of new content advertised is for additional pay channels. How rich. I understand a business needs to make a profit but your monopolistic approach is seeing viable competitors mushrooming up and shortly DSTV will no longer be the dominant entertainment broadcaster. I may be in your eyes a single customer but having been in business for thirty years my network of friends and club members could influence your business somewhat.
I see in the news DSTV has made a R 1Billion loss. Well now !! not surprising .
