Multichoice Customer Service

I am absolutely APPAULED with the lack of service from Multi Choice. I have an existing account with them, with my HD PVR Decoder - which I am paying over R1000.00 a month with my Box office included. So now they tell me, they cannot upgrade my decoder to the \special\" they have plastered ALL OVER THE TV, because my credit is not of satisfaction to them (needless to say I have NEVER EVER EVER missed a payment to them, nor to anyone else) I called ITC, pulled my FREE (ONCE A YEAR) credit report to see what they are talking about. I HAVE NEVER DEFAULTED PAYMENT, NONE OF MY ACCOUNTS HAVE GONE INTO ARREARS, NOT EVER!! So now, WHY is multichoice denying me the upgrade to the DSTV Explorer package of R899.00, that again, ill mention have been plastered all over the TV. What baffles me most is that I am ALREADY paying them
