Multichoice Customer Care - MPHO DIBAKOANE - Excellent service received.

Last week many Satellite DStv Xtra subscribers had issues when both decoder systems went down ( with older decoders as the Primary) from what I witnessed at the the packed Customer Care Centre in Randburg.

I had to go there after a very frustrating call to the Insurance centre who must have the poorest telephone system in the country - Canal + síl vous plais!!!!!! - I endured a monologue on a very poor line verifying my id and the lady was not comprehending the problem offering to do a new installation.

The next day I decided to go myself to the Customer Care Centre at the Randburg HQ. After a long wait with many customers experiencing the same issue, I must compliment the lady who assisted me with the problem at Counter 39 by swopping out the old decoder for a new one. Although the problem had not been communicated internally it was very apparent in view of the number of customers with the same problem at all the counters!
