Multichoice ******
We decided not to pay our DSTV subscription end of March as we didn't need the service. Usually Multichoice quickily disconnects the services if you havent paid. For some reason the DSTV was playing. End of April they want us to pay for 2 months and they have now disconnected the service. Why was the service not disconnected end of March? Who in thd world would have R3017 to pay for DSTV. We normally pay R1445 because we are paying for 3 decorders. Is this fair Multichoice. Do you only disconnect when it suit you? You will notice that we have always paid for our dstv and last month we did need it and you decided not to disconnect and whos problem is that? And why decide to disconnect now. You are ****** and thats that

Please be advised that the customers are aware that if customers does not need the service than disconnection request need to be call in or e-mail to allow us to schedule disconnection at the end of invoice date.
The reason why disconnection was not done end of March 2015 is because no disconnection request was received.
