Multichoice ******

Multichoice are *******. My husband called them end of May and requested that they downgrade our packages! they told me him it can only be done after the 28th of June and will however schedule on their system that the packages downgrade after the 28th June. When i call them today! i was told that we should have called on the 28th of June to request a downgrade and now cannot downgrade until after the 28th of July! is this how they rob people! the guysi was speaking to asked me if he can schedule the downgrade for me, i then told him off and put the phone down on his ear! how the hell can we trust them that they will do the scheduling of downgrade!
