Multichoice contracts know by them,poor customer care ,what a disgrace

I called on the 4th Feb 2026 requesting a downgrade they told.me conditions of a contract know by.them ,they were going to.listen to a recording that informed the payment method. Until today theres no feedback and no downgrade.
