Multichoice constantly debits for a service I do n

I took out a DSTV Explora in October 2014 - over 24 months for R99 a month. In November i requested that the service be cancelled and the Explora be collected,<br> I drove around with the Explora in my car for a period of 4 months - I got calls confirming collection of the Explora, but nobody ever collected it until Feb 2015.<br> <br> I have been debited with this extra R99 every month since October 2014. Finally when i thought I was getting somewhere, they informed me that a reduced debit would be taken and the explora service had been cancelled. I received my statement only to find out that it was not the case. The Debit was still been taken for something that I do not have.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted in the service of Multichoice. I have been made promises that this will be sorted out and 7 months later it is still not!!!!<br> <br> I am happy to say that I have cancelled my subscription with DSTV and will NEVER be making use of their services again, after all, there is never anything good to watch for the amount of money that we pay.<br> <br> After countless phone-calls and me actually going to Multichoice in Randburg, this is still not sorted!
