Multichoice communication sucks

I have been a loyal DSTV customer for over 20 years with almost no issues, account paid on time monthly etc. Last year i activated disney plus at the reduced subscription price of R79. When looking at my April invoice i see Multichoice automatically cancelled the reduced the rate and started charging the normal rate of R119. I had to call in 3 times to get clarity and eventually cancelled the service as Multichoice refuse to budge to keep the discounted rate. The consultants dealing with the matter is absolutely useless and while trying to rectify the issue *****ed up the entire billing for the period. Consultants put you on hold and then the call drops with no proper feedback. They quick to sell insurance etc but cant keep clients satisfied. Keep this up Multichoice and continue losing more customers.
