Multichoice charges different amount than what we have agreed

My subscription is R29 and R149 dish but asking me to pay 340 yet my account is up to date, they switch off the cable , after I have send so many communication to rectify what’s on the sytems, am tied to work with the skelems, they have been deducting 340 all along. Am done with such companies (Dstv CEO thanks for switching off the cable please come and take out the dish aswell, and cancel my account.
