Multichoice Charged for BOX Ofiice movie we didnt get

On the 31st of Dec 2023, I tried to rent a movie called Mavda at the Box Office, we sent the 1st SMS, and the movie didn't open. after about +-20 minutes I tried again and sent a second SMS still the movie still didn't play. so I left it like that. today when I went to pay multichoice I saw that I was charged R45 for that movie...I called the call center now to find out why I am being charged for a movie I didn't watch, I spoke to Amanda Xaba and she told me that I should have called them in 48 hours to tell them the movie does play. How was I supposed to know that they would charge me for a movie that we didn't get?????????????????
