Multichoice - channels forever not playing.

I have been getting so much problems with Multichoice. A number of channels not playing yet they are getting payments from me. So I am definitely paying for services not rendered. I have been raising this complaint with them from the 6th of January 2019 and instead all I get is promises to fix but never happens. This is the most pathetic service especially if you are paying for it.
