Multichoice changes contract terms
I have been on the DSTV Select 2 package for a number of years with channel 187 part of the package. Multichoice without any notification removed this channel from the package and still charges the same monthly subscription fee. Which channels will next be removed without a corresponding reduction in monthly subscription?

Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
Discovery World is no longer available on the DStv platform.
We have launched a new channel called Discovery Family on DStv Channel 135.
Select 1 and 2 packages have since been ring-fenced - this means that no new customers will be allowed on these packages and no new channels will be added to these packages in future.
Discovery Family is available on the DStv Family package billed R219.00 per month.
