Multichoice certainly isnt my choice!

With a client base as large and extensive as Multichoice's is, getting simple information out of them is a nightmare. Requesting the contact information for a contractor on their database (who did my dish installation and fitted a modulator) is impossible for any of the consultants behind the counters to provide (at their office on the Umhlanga Ridge), despite access onto my profile.. Viewing activity my profile (installation dates etc) on the system does not provide this infmoration, despite a consultant providing me with similar info a while ago (on a different issues), but now its not possible to provide. Apparently this needs to be channelled through their 'fault logging' department but this was relayed to me telephonically (after my 4th visit to their offices) looking for this information. This particular fault-logging department only opens at the end of January 2022... (becauase that dept is 'on holiday'). Also, them sending internal emails to their consultant colleagues who have assisted in the past clearly don't work either as these specific person/s never bother to make contact you back to try and resolve issues.
