Multichoice cannto fix E16-4 error.

I have an E16-4 error that multichoice for some reason cannot fix on my Xtraview. Phoned 5 times since yesterday and only receive empty promises. Phoned 5 minutes back, I'm caller no 101 and will need to wait until forever to get help. Apaprenlty the "Back Office" needs to fix the error. Come on Multichoice, where is the service! I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years
