Multichoice call centre - hold for min, no help
A couple of months ago Multichoice offered me the new Explorer promo, i declined the offer. then my PVR blew due to power surge. i called them up and app**** for the promo they offered. (at this time we have no TV). i waited 4 weeks for the new Explorer to arrive. while phoning the call centre for an update, the lady then told me that i should have disconected my DSTV during this time, then i need not have paid. WELL WHY DID THEY NOT OFFER ME THAT OPTION WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE EXPLORER. we connect everything and cannot get my extra view decoder to connect to primary. i call numerous times during the evening to the call centre and after waiting over 50 min,put down the phone (from cell phone), which is really ridiculous. i then get a DSTV installer to come out and check the connections, everything was fine, then while he was their we phone call centre for assistance. they say that they are unable to help with extra view issues at the moment they were offline until 29 March. i should take the decoder's both into DSTV office in East London, which i did, get back home and still no extra view...

SO WHAT NOW, IM SITTING WITH NO EXTRA VIEW
