Multichoice Call Centre
I tried to phone the call centre....1st time after 35min I hung up. I have been holding on now for 1hour 55min and have been first in line for 50 of those minutes and who knows I will still have to wait. Absolutely shocking

10 Jun 2022, 11:16I eventually spoke to someone at a different number and explained to them that I am currently in Namibia and that is probably why everytime when I pick up my SA number it hangs up automatically even though I have roaming. I gave an alternative Namibia number but they keep on phoning the SA one and when I pick up it goes dead.
All I want to do is go on the 24 month contract again which I have done previously so not sure why the only option to do this is that multichoice must phone you even though you have had a multichoice account for 12+years, have the online profile and the app and email and just want to basically extend what I had. Surely it should not be this difficult!
