Worst customer service ever, every time when you call you get to talk to different consultant that you have to repeat the same issue to different consultant who are sometime *********** and very unhelpful.. they overcharge on their accounts and always give excuses when they have to refund .. I would not advise anybody to sign up for debit with them .. as you will end up spending what they suppose to refund you on airtime , they made me hold for 30 minutes while they investigate nd the issue is still not yet resolve...When you request to talk to the manager they make you hold till you hang up ,you ...I'm very disappointed by their action
