Multichoice bullies

This is far the worst people i have dealt with hence i will only give them a 1 for answering their phone and false promises.I have to say they are bullies because they know i don't have many choices because i took out this DSTV thing for my family. In September 2019 i was offered Showmax to be added on my package for an additional R49 and i said no i will think about it and then the agent said i can try the 14 day "FREE" trial which i did but didn't see a use of continuing with it because it uses a lot of data if you do not have wifi so i stopped using it. Every month i pay for it and have called numerous times to only be advised it will be removed and will be reimbursed. Guess what? Today i received my bill via SMS and showmax is still on. I am drained by Multichoice to say the least, i am tired of calling because the agents also don't know what their doing, 5 to 6 agents have advised me that it will be removed and i will be reimbursed.An email was sent to *** and i received a response to say its been resolved without a call and nothing has been done. Please cancel Showmax and reimbursed for the 5 to 7 months i have been billed for Showmax.
