Multichoice billing double!
Was on price lock plan which included an Explorer ultra installed to 2 points. The 24 months has now ended and I am told by a call centre agent that I am being charged for installation. Her attitude left much to be desired!!!! Look at your statement, it literally tells you Premium + ultra installed, 2 point installation!! REFUND MY MONEY INCORRECTLY DEBITED and fix your records!
