Multichoice billing
I have made numerous calls requesting my billing to be corrected, with no success. I am still being billed incorrectly and not being refunded for previous bills. I am making calls using my personal phone and being charged everytime I need to query my account. I am always told that it is noted on the system and will be resolved. I once spoke to a manager who promised me that it will be corrected and I will receive a call from him to confirm this, which I never received.

I have been a loyal DStv subscriber for many years. I have two accounts linked. I expected better treatment than what I experienced recently.

Should I not receive a reply on the progress I will escalate. My debit order went through again with incorrect billing. Really unacceptable.
