Multichoice bad service

Second review with the bad service they give me everytime I reach out to them . My name Is buyisile khumalo my dstv account no is *** I've got multiple products with them but my problem started when I took a contract on the deal they advertised on April about the internet combo deal everything I received was not what I wanted so I complained from may and even today I've never been helped I'm tired of buying airtime for nothing to call them because I get no joy on every call so they always ending up saying they'll call me back but nothing happens is now the third month nobody is solving my issue I really regret the day I took this contract I'm frustrated by the bad service it's what they doing good pls somebody help
