Multichoice bad service

It’s unbelievable how monopoly can make such an organization be so slug with their services towards their customers. Paid my account with more money by mistake on the 4th Feb. I immediately called Multichoice to notify them of this and asked I be refunded the difference. To date my money has come back.

Will be terminating my subscription soon and go on the streaming services.
