Multichoice bad service

For the past 3 weeks I have had no extra view. They billed me more that my monthly debit order. Manager promised me immediate service....once again a lie. I have incurred costs via my prepaid calls of between 12-20 min each time!!! Have phoned on 3 occasions and still nothing!!!! Terrible service. Absolutely ridiculous. This service is not cheap and still I am forced to pay but get no service!!!!
