Multichoice bad rewards programs

Win with their rewards program me now I have to pay for those months ND my services has been suspended after paying. Struggling for over a week all I hear the matter ha been excalated.

Why would a company have programmers they cannot sustain at the end it is the customer who suffer. Looks ***** if you win free services and have to be billed for connection again. Eish lessons learned. Nothing is free, no more rewards entertaining on DStv.
